You can return most items sold by backdropsource within 20 days from the ship date.
To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap for Book, Music, and Video products). We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.
Your refund will be the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of 10% per-item Customers who paid for their item with PayPal will receive their refund as an backdropsource in-store credit.
Call us and you will receive a RMA number. Please return the goods with the RMA number clearly mentioned. Package it well and send it to the address given to you when you call to get the RMA number."
